The dealership personnel treat me with kindness and respect. They have never tried to upcharge me with repairs to my car that are not needed. John Madden was extremely helpful and put everything in place to deal with a tire issue with Rogue lease that happened to be minutes before closing on a Saturday. Joe in service was extremely efficient and helpful to get me safely back on the road. Each of them made my wife and I comfortable and treated us like "family"!

I love the dealership almost always on top of things until just recently needed parts for my car and they were ordered in June I asked about them one time maybe in July and 1 but not both parts were available then I got super busy with work and hadn't been able to contact them-I went for service yesterday and low and behold the parts are there however I was not notified?? kinda strange we're all busy so that doesn't work Other than that the dealership has been awesome

Great salesperson (Tracy McMann), and everyone else I encountered. Questions were answered, options were presented for several vehicles, able to test drive them before making decision.
It took some doing, but in the end I got the vehicle I wanted, for the price I wanted. And in the process they were fair with my trade in value, and they bought out a lease on another vehicle that I had. I cant ask for much more than that.
I am now on my 4th consecutive lease from this dealership, and it has always been quick & easy. In addition, service has always been excellent.

Had a great experience when I brought in my 2013 Nissan for what I thought was a possible sensor issue. Joe called me with a different diagnosis , suggested I check on my brake warranty. He was so helpful, it was great to have someone that wanted to work with you instead of trying to make a sale.

I was treated awesome at West Herr Nissan of Lockport my salesman John Madden was great he made purchasing a car easy. He explained everything and answered all questions I had, He was not pushy we were able to text back and forth and he answered in minutes. My finance guy John Camp was great too he worked for me to get the what I needed to be able to buy. I would recommend West Herr anytime, they made me feel like one of the family not just another sale.
Great service department and service manager, The mechanics are the best in the business and care about your vehicle. Once arriving at the dealer you are you are taken care within a few minutes. Repairs are done quickly and work is explained so you always understand what was done.

Took my 2017.5 Nissan Rogue in for a repair/Recall, Things were more involved then originally thought ( Got me a free Rogue rental ) and a Very minor accident happened in the parking Lot, They fixed everything and then some, took care of everything ( SUV and Myself ) and made everything right, Highly recommend West Herr Lockport Nissan, Especially CHAD RUNIONS ( Manager of Service ) and ERIK GIARDINA ( Salesman ) both amazing people.
